A practical and interactive workshop to explore what are toxic relationships and how to prevent and navigate them. We will look at different ways for staying healthy relationally including setting boundaries, communicating effectively and handling conflicts

Participants can expect to:

  • Experience and receive God’s love, healing and freedom

  • Identify what makes a relationship toxic and the signs to look out for

  • Recognize your role in toxic relationships  

  • Learn to set boundaries and how to deal with the challenges of setting boundaries in toxic relationships

  • Gain tools to deescalate conflicts and end relationships honourably

  • Discover how to love the other person and yourself in the midst of a toxic relationship 

  • Have a safe space to share, grow and practice skills to handle real life toxic situations

rui qi lim

Rui Qi Lim is passionate about raising up laid lovers who love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength and overflow with His love to impact the world. Her heart is for others to experience the depths of His love and be empowered and equipped to walk in the freedom, wholeness and abundant life that comes with it. Rui Qi is the founder of Wholeness Wellness Bar, an organization focused on helping people heal from pain, receive breakthrough, discover identity and purpose and embrace and love their authentic self. She holds an MSSc in Social Work and is a registered social worker in Hong Kong, as well as trained and certified in inner healing techniques and mental health first aid.

Rui Qi is also the leader of two ministries, Alive in Love and Love Wanchai, where you can catch her out on the streets of Hong Kong sharing the gospel and befriending those who are forgotten or overlooked. You can also find her out in the nations spending time in places like red light districts, villages, slums, orphanages and the likes because truly there is no place too far that love cannot reach.
