Supernatural Pastoring is about learning to love people in a way that produces freedom, maturity and healthy connection. The goal of pastoral ministry is not to make people dependent on leaders, but to help them become powerful sons and daughters who know God, know who they are, take responsibility for their lives and learn to build healthy relationships. This course explores how pastors create belonging and safety without rescuing, control or unhealthy dependency; how inner healing serves a season rather than becoming a lifestyle; how renewed thinking produces lasting transformation; and how healthy people learn to sustain their own Fire, Cover and Signal as they grow into maturity and begin strengthening others.

Programme
Week 1 — The Aim of Pastoring
Goal: To understand that the purpose of pastoral ministry is not simply to comfort people, but to help them grow into maturity, wholeness and Christlikeness. We will explore what healthy pastoral care is designed to produce and how pastors create belonging, safety and an environment where people can grow.
Week 2 — Making Powerful People
Goal: To recognise the difference between healthy care and unhealthy dependency. We will look at common pastoral pitfalls such as rescuing, needing to be needed, becoming people's answer and drawing people toward ourselves, while learning how to develop responsibility, ownership, freedom and healthy interdependence.
Week 3 — Healed for Freedom
Goal: To understand inner healing as part of a journey into freedom rather than a permanent lifestyle. We will explore how transformation happens through encountering truth, renewing the mind and learning to think differently, helping people move from repeatedly processing their past into confidently living their future. Kingdom reality.
Week 4 — Fire, Cover & Signal
Goal: To develop spiritually healthy, connected and resilient people who can sustain their own relationship with God, receive healthy input from others and know when to ask for help. The aim is not independence but mature interdependence—people who carry responsibility for their own spiritual life while remaining deeply connected to God and community.

Andrew has a history with God that is centered on a growing revelation of the Father's affection towards us and postures his life to be in the light of that reality. Compelled to see people connected to their Father, he finds himself leading ordinary people in the day-to-day rhythms of life to experience the love of their Maker. Living a life of the supernatural as a natural part of daily life, led Andrew to found the London School of Supernatural Ministry. Using the full curriculum of Bethel's BSSM, this pioneering London-based ministry has been training people to hear clearly from God, take risks, and demonstrate the miraculous, bringing heaven to earth to transform culture.
From politicians, business leaders, and creatives, to mosques, hospitals and new age shops - over the last eight years, they have amassed countless testimonies of seeing the kingdom of Heaven breakthrough to heal, save and touch people from every part of society. Beyond LSSM Andrew has also trained many pastors individually and across denominations, both here and abroad, in how to create and grow a Kingdom culture.
